As you may know, The Boundary Commission is in the process of reviewing wards for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council elections. Their current proposals mean that Kilndown would be split from Goudhurst and Curtisden Green and would become part of a large, new council ward with Benenden, Hawkhurst and Sandhurst.
Goudhurst Parish Council strongly opposes the Parish being split in this way and is making representations to the Boundary Commission to request that Kilndown remains in the same ward as Goudhurst and Curtisden Green.
